Situated at over 1200 feet of elevation on a north facing slope to limit the high sun exposure of the Yakima Valley, this vineyard brings out the cooler side to this classic fruit driven grape. Enhanced savory components of jerky and Worcestershire sauce envelope both mulberry and floral hints of violet.
